Cadiz is a multidimensional woman in every sense of the word. Her ability to embody more than one thing began early, shaped by her mixed-race identity and a childhood spent living in five countries. Born to a Filipino father and a German-American mother, she was raised in Singapore, Manila, Seattle, Brisbane, and Dubai, before eventually establishing her own roots in Los Angeles.

She started her career in architecture, working for several firms before founding her own company, Studio Cadiz in 2018. After almost a decade in the industry, she stepped away from the traditional path of design to pursue more expansive, artistic work. Today she runs Ceramicah, a lighting design studio, alongside her partner Micah, makes music under the name Lasette, and is building an online community of women centered around self-trust, confidence, creative expression and personal freedom.
